CRANKCASE OIL UNION JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY, FIRST COMMANDO

AN UNUSUAL COMMANDO CRANKCASE OIL UNION, RARELY SEEN.  DRAWN DECEMBER 1967.  THE VERY FIRST ONE USED ON THE COMMANDO, 100% STAINLESS STEEL, CRAFTED IN OUR WORKSHOPS, TIG WELDED FOR MAXIMUM SECURITY.  ONE OF SEVERAL TYPES USED ON NORTONS. THIS PARTICULAR VERSION HAS TWO 3/8" PIPES CRANKED UP MAKING THE OUTLETS FACE MORE UP THAN BACK WITH THE STEPPED SLEEVE ON THE END OF EACH PIPE INCREASING THE HOSE SIZE TO 7/16".  THE BASE OF THE UNION IS INVESTMENT CAST STAINLESS STEEL AND IS UNIVERSAL ON ALL TWINS FROM THE FIRST 750 (ATLAS, P11, G15, G15/33, CSR etc) RIGHT THROUGH TO THE LAST COMMANDO.  WE CAN ALSO SUPPLY THE BARE BASE FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO CONSTRUCT THEIR OWN ON PART NUMBER 032038B.
