Delivery

UK Orders - Normally 1-3 days (prices are plus VAT):

The Website generates the postage and packing depending on the size, weight and location of the order.

Deliveries over 2kg to the following:
IV, HS, KA27, KA28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49, PH50, ZE (Highlands), the Isle of Man are subject to surcharges so will cost more.

Overseas Orders
Europe - Normally 3-5 days

European destinations are charged at a fixed rate whatever the weight up to 30kg.

Example maximum pricing for a 30kg package:
Austria, France, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Luxembourg, Hungary, Portugal, Spain, Rep Ireland, Northern Ireland, Slovenia, Greece & Czech Rep: £18.00
Shetland Isles, Switzerland, Jersey & Guernsey: £25.00
Norway : £35.00 (A surcharge may be applied depending upon area)

Rest of World - Normally 7-10 days

Effectively there are two different systems used for dispatching.

Smaller packets jiffy bag types are sent with Royal Mail and can be up to 2 kilos or over 2kg are shipped via UPS.  The UPS we would categorize as follows.

Category A Category B Category C

Cyprus Australia New Zealand
 Malta Turkey Canada
 U.S.A Philippines Kenya
Canary Islands Nigeria United Arab Emirates
  Gibraltar Sri Lanka
  Iceland Egypt
  Russia Saudi Arabia
  Malaysia Israel
  Singapore India
  Brazil Peru
  Argentina Namibia
  Japan
  Hong Kong (China)
  Bangkok (Thailand)

The Royal Mail can be much cheaper if it falls below 2 kilo’s and the Royal Mail does not use volumetric measurement therefore a mudguard weighing 1.8 kilos could be sent to Australia by Royal Mail for about £25.00 but a slightly heavier mudguard weight 2.2 kilos would be 7 kilos volumetric and could cost about £45.00. This illustrates the difficulties involved in calculating a one fits all postage regime.
